Neighbourhood Gem! Time Capsule.

Earlier this year, we took some of our clients to the Time Capsule for our spring client party, there was an excellent turnout to support this new, local business!

Time Capsule is a new board game café that opened up late in 2014 on the east side of Danforth, just a 5 minute walk from Woodbine subway station. Our aim was to create a place that provides a “more than a bar” kind of experience. On top of the regular drink, sit and chat kind of a night, you can play pool or ping pong with your friends; battle over the game of foosball, solve puzzles together, play video games and of course choose from a large selection of board games to satisfy all of ones’ inner nerd desires. And of course, all that can be done over a pint of beer or milkshake or bubble tea while munching on nachos, chicken nuggets or thai bites. With its great music, retro and artsy vibe, Time Capsule is ideal for a casual night out for those who are looking for an alternative to a bar/club scene. It costs $6/person to play anything for as long as you want. Furthermore, Time Capsule hosts many events throughout the week such as a stand-up comedy night coming up on March 23rd.
