About Me

Mary Ann Raaymakers is a full time professional Real Estate agent with Real Estate Homeward and has been a Realtor since 2006.

Mary Ann has lived in the GTA for most of her life, with the exception of her early years in Lambton County. Mary Ann returned to her home county from 2009 to 2015 where she quickly rose to become one of the most successful Realtors through networking and a reputation for integrity and hard work. After returning to Toronto last year, Mary Ann settled in The Beaches and joined Real Estate Homeward. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a collegial sensibility which has led to a partnership with Karina Sadu.

Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, Mary Ann was a partner in a successful Interior Decorating business. In addition to her degree in Interior Design, Mary Ann attended York University where she majored in History and English Literature. After graduating Summa Cum Laude, she went on to do post-graduate studies, focusing on her passion for Shakespeare and James Joyce.

When not busy working with her clients, Mary Ann can be found in theatres and live performance venues enjoying ballet, plays, and opera. She can also be found in her neighbourhood Yoga studio or at the Kew Beach Tennis Club.

Mary Ann brings a very caring and relationship based attitude to her clients…something she attributes to the 20-odd years she spent raising her 3 children who are now all engaged in their own post-graduate studies.
